Just heard on radio..
All student foreign exchange visas, now qualify for permission to work, with no extra application .
Pretty neat... will my Macdonalds get cheaper but. ?

The chicks ( girls lol ) cannot do any cookery... or food prep. They can only serve customers. Boys only for the cookin bit.
Im not aware of why... it doesnt make immediate sense.
