my friend has got pr visa of australia.actually he is a graduate but he had shown only diploma to diac.can he show graduate degree in australia for getting job .what should he do . pls explain briefly

hmm I dont see a problem with that, as you are not forced to stop studying after you have applied to DIAC

darn manish's friends! they always have issues!

Manish, yes.. lying to DIAC would always be a problem. I think, they may not catch ur friend proactively! but if he messes up somewhere else, this could come back and haunt him. he may have to loose it all and get out of Oz.

VISA and finding work is different . He may not need to show even his dip for finding the job
