Day 0:
Arrive BNE at 7am, feeling awake and ok. Head home and deal with unpacking in the comfort of aircon. Lunch at 11:30 (we were starving). By 6pm consciousness very tough to maintain. I took a 1 hour nap which took determined assistance to wake me from. Day ended at around 10pm. Not a bad start - perhaps I'll get away with it this trip?
Day 1:
Wake at 4am. Lie in bed in denial for an hour and a half before abandoning all hope of sleep and heading in to work. By 2pm I can feel the wall of tiredness approaching so head home. At 4pm I collapse unconscious on the bed and have to be abused to be revived at 6pm to eat. 9pm is as long as I can last before the day declared finished.
Day 2:
Awake briefly at 1:30am, but manage to get back to sleep until 5:30am - so not too bad. Full day at work without any tiredness issues but start to droop at dinner time at home. Crash uncontrolably into bed at 8:30pm. Surely normality can't be far away?
Day 3:
Awake at 4am again - Bugger!!!!
