Default I've lost 3 stone!

I've been doing Weight Watchers (well, following that general idea, but not going to meetings) for 6 months or so, and I've now lost 3 stone!

It's come off gradually but consistently, which they say is good. And I've been doing loads of exercise (cycle to work every day, go to the gym in my lunch hour 3 or 4 times a week, and go for a run sometimes). So am much fitter now as well.

And had to go shopping for a dress for a wedding I'm going to in a few weeks and I now fit into smaller clothes (was a good size 16, now 14s are a bit loose - only a bit though) and actually look quite enjoyed shopping!

I look much better for it, feel much better for it, and it's not even been that hard!

Just thought I'd share that as I'm quite chuffed with myself
