First take your iPhone and make sure you have set your camera to still shots. Then you need to take as many pics as possible of your breasts and text them to the number I have just PM'd you.

The knack is to not use itunes. It borders on being the worst software known to man. Download and use the much simpler and far far better Copytrans

Actually could more to it than springs to mind.
iS your iPhone linked to another iTuns account? e.g. on an old Windoze machine? i.e. the music on your iPhone synced to this machine? If so you have several options and need tot think carefully about strategy.

The complicated answer: You will need to jailbreak the iPhone, and install afc2add on the iPhone and download Diskaid on your MBA and use Diskaid to pull the music from the phone and import it into iTunes.

The simple answer: short of music that you purchased from the iTunes Store, YOU CANNOT.

There's a knack to transfering music from an old iPhone to a new iTunes library.
First take your iPhone and make sure you have set your camera to still shots. Then you need to take as many pics as possible of your breasts and text them to the number I have just PM'd you.

Second, try reading:
http://www.everythingicafe.com/forum...76/#post-99278 for what used to work
looking at http://www.fadingred.com/senuti/ for a paid app
or particularly this: http://www.macroplant.com/iphoneexplorer/ and this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSIcirDjW-Q for a free mechanism
and finally, repeat after me "I will never trust apple with my content, for they are money grabbing little bastards who play dirty to screw over the dumb." Then get your music/video library out of their clutches, pronto.

Just copy across the iTunes library from your previous computer to your new one.
That's what I did.
You can't copy from the phone to computer without using an additional program.
