Well, first off, I've got to say you're just like Cas....let's take the worst case scenario and imagine that, cos that's what's bound to happen....to be honest, I let her stew for a bit and then tell her the options, and there always are options.

eg....you've still got time to sell your house....or, you leave someone in UK in charge of the sale.....or, you rent out in the UK for a while.......or....you see what I'm saying?

But I'll let you stew for a bit, cos I reckon you're quite a bit like Cas:p

Sorry to hear your news - if they just changed their mind there is nothing you can do, but if you get another buyer, check with EA to see if they have a mortgage in place when they put in the offer. :(

Not necessarily so....our buyers saw the house in early January, and bought it by the end of Feb....don't give up hope:)

In the meantime, just cast a spell on your buyers that pulled out and pray that they find hot chilli peppers in the gusset of their panties and they will be peppered with bad luck and their beavers drop off.

Its a setback but it will sell.

Stay positive flower, things will work out. I know it may not seem like it at the moment but you will be here as planned, house sold and happy to leave all that shit behind..:)
