I can totally empathise with you.....don't know why there are these feudal house selling laws in the UK which leave people in the shit.....WTF....what about contracts and all that!

But look on the bright side....when our buyers pulled out, it was about 2 weeks before we had to go....so I didn't:mad:

we have to validate by march Issie.I reckon if we dont sell in the next 4 weeks we're stuffed cos the market dies on its arse until next spring.

I really dont want to rent out.I think we'll validate instead and have a holiday into the bargain although i think its gonna cost £7-8 k
