Just back from an early surf - air temperature 23 degrees (9 in the morning) - ocean 21 degrees - light offshore breeze, good 2-3ft waves peeling in ... just me and a couple of other surfers on that beautiful arc of golden sand called Seven Mile Beach ... and I miss the English winter soooooooooooo much...

Surf's blown out here now. Got my bronze proficiency at the beach tommorow, hoping the nor'easter lays off, at least for the morning.
