internode usenet - anyone using it?

Just wondered if anyone uses usenet with there internode isp?
I've had a look at it and its as clear as mud to me.
Anyone care to clear the waters for me?

Usenet's been around for a damn sight longer than other download mediums - in fact it's where it all began. And fortunately Internode have a full speed 280day retention SuperNews feed for free.

Yep. Every day. I use it in combination with a subscription at newzbin.com. I get hassle-free downloads at full speed (8Mb/s on my connection) without having to worry about quotas or such bollocks.

I got something called news file grabber and looked on a site recommended on whirlpool but it just seemed so so complicated i gave up.
Any user friendly guides out there you know of?

only jsut got onto usenet im with exetel so signed up for astraweb 30 bucks for 180gb. im getting 400 kbs download which is twice as fast as i would get if downloading through exetel. took me a while to understand i use alt binz for it.google it some really easy step by steps on it.
