we had ours on the market for 4 months and not a sniff of a buyer. we changed estate agents and accepted an offer within 3 weeks. you just need a decent agent, and the right buyer. after making the kids keep it tidy for so long, now they can chill out thank god. we're not completely clear tho, its being surveyed in the morning - so fingers crossed. the thought of going thru it all again urgh!

don't cha just want to knee cap those viewers that dont turn up??:curse:

When we put ours on the market it was a toss up which one to put on with one had really young staff all early 20s and i thought they talked a lot of s@;t so put on with the others. anyway 2 mths on they did not sell it so put it on with the young crew had 2 viewers around both put in offers this was within 3 days of putting on with them.
