I feel bad cause i'm hiding upstairs from the kids at the moment (not a massive house so can still hear them and if I look down through the stairs can still see them - most the time) but feeling rough as a bit of sandpaper, achey and lethargic today and just want to be left alone
I'm a mean cow aren't I ?
It's freezing cold and looks miserable outside and I've got the sinking feeling that this is how it was supposed to look last month and it's probably going to look like this all of May for punishment for the warm weather we've had recently.

It can't be freezing cold!!! just been talking to my mum in UK and she always goes on about how lovely the weather is now. She said the experts said you are heading for a long hot summer. Will you still be there then?

Sounds like you deserve a duvet day!!!...
I think all moms should be given a book of vouchers which can be traded at will for guilt free duvet days.
Leave access to food and water, tuck yourself up and instruct the little luvvies to only disturb if something is on fire or requiring resusscitation

I so wish I was hungover i've only ever been hungover once but it wasn't as bad as feelign like this.
It is so cold it's about 8 degrees at the moment and I'd been getting used to the temperatures of 18 - 24 last week
Last night I was so cold I slept in full jammies with thick duvet cover too and was still cold so got my dressign gown and was snuggled up in that but was still cold.
Should hopefully be heading out Early Septmeber so yes will be here for the heatwave lolll bring it on

as it keeps them busy and learning
mind you they can use the computer nowadays
If they are too young to go out hide something and get them to find it
