You have worked incredibly hard to get to this point hun, not to mention all the help you have been to countless people on here too, so you just take it easy and let the worries fade away and just think of the wonderfull times you are about to have and the new and exciting life that you are about to embark on, Cath this is the first day of the rest of your life, breath it all in and enjoy!!!!!

woooow!!!! i thought i was the only nutter up at 5.30 am in the uk!!:eek:

We've got 7 weeks to go and i am feeling really anxious, i have butterflies in my stomach nearly all the time and then when i do relax and then think about moving....off my stomach goes again!!

We'll be fine though hey?:ohmy: i think what we are going through is nomal!....not sure about the sleeping hours though:rofl:

I never had any feeling when I left UK, but I had it when I left Adelaide, honstly you'll be fine, just dont forgot to bring your self loads of sun cream, & something for those Mozzie bites, they give you nasty bites.
It wont be long now before you know it its time to get on that plane, enjoy yourself before you leave the country, good luck hun. :thumbsup:

I'm now on my "things to do in Australia before I die" list so I don't need my old ones anymore.

Honestly though, I know it's a very stressful time. I moved in with my cousin and was going back to do stuff in my "empty" house. I thought the neighbours were creeping in while I was away and putting their sh1t in my cupboards. I was on first name terms with the ladies in the local charity shop and the guys at the tip.

When all comes to all, you can only do what you do.

Get to the airport, check in, go to the bar, and have a G&T!

Better to be scared/nervous/excited than to be bored and stuck in a rut.

Im a year in and I challenge anyone to have felt as guilty as I did. And a year down the line, everyone is used to it, happy for me and getting on with their own lives.

Youre taking a step towards guilt free, happy living. Worth that horrible pain in the belly in the end x

We feel exactly the same (except the guilt part for me, the OH is full of guilt), we go the end of Jan and for me I can't wait for it to come round. Yes, spending Xmas and New Year with family will be good but I wish we'd gone earlier this year when we had the chance.

But hey-ho, we're nearly there.:D
