Thats the pleasures of being a Mum!
I miss playing with my kids.I think that was one of the happiest times in my life when my kids were small.

I dream about putting my hand through the TV screen and throttling Justin (on Ceebeebies), and don't get me started on Miss Hoolie on Ballabloodymorey! My kids are a bit old for it now thankfully (age 5 and 8), so I've got a reprieve.
Know what you mean though Livinginreality, I will miss playing with them when they're older. This last 8 years has gone by so quickly, it's brought it home just how little "kiddie" time I still have before they turn into orrible, spotty teenagers.

LOL! i remember the day my youngest put on that Bill Cosby cartoon called "little Bil" and i thought to myself - oh good, I quite like this one - when you start actually having a preference for kids programmes then that must be a bad sign

Don't you believe it. Don't know about boys but girls go through a phase when they're about10/11/12/13 when it's really really 'cool' to know all the words of the kiddies show theme tunes. Then they get to 17 and 14 and find out that Austar are showing CBeebies and get really excited

Ha ha brings back happy memories of my son, who used to be obsessed with Thomas.
My youngest loves Dora and now moving on to the dreaded 'Barbie' Dvds are becoming popular. Including dancing and prancing around the living room like princess Barbie!

We were sitting in livingroom after Xmas day lunch and heard an almighty thump rolling down the stairs.
Ex hubby and I jumped up and ran into hallway to find Mike lying at the bottom of the stairs wearing Cinderella Glass Shoes, Power Rangers trousers, Tiara and a string of bloody pearls around his neck PMSL
