UK this is intended to be light hearted. I know all the obvious - missing family, cost of living more than expected etc etc. So all those aside what's the one thing, as a joke, that would've stopped you from moving to Australia.
For me, as I was contemplating the dreadful thought of having to go and do the weekly shop and mumbling how much I hate doing that, I said to my hubby "If I'd only realised how much I would miss Tesco Direct delivery service I would never have left!"
So what's your ONE thing?

having money in my pocket and bank account, being able to buy what I wanted when I wanted, meeting my mates for coffee, lower mortgage, going to cinema, holidays, fab neighbours (whoever says all aussies are friendly should meet my neighbours), great shops, drivers who give way, proper pita bread which make actual pockets, curry, nice takeaways, supermarkets filled with goodies, grapes all year round, spud-u-like, competition amongst suppliers, good customer service .........
You never appreciate what you have until it's gone.

I really miss the High Street! i.e. the choice and price range of things, including women's fashions. Yep, miss the fashion all right. At the same time, I keep hearing about all the high street stores going kaput and think - there won't be much left to miss soon at any rate

If I were still into weed, there is no way I'd be buying it here. Easiest stuff ever to grow.
You get a free go at growing it as well. Always a get out of jail card given for first time personal use home growers.
Still my personal experience is, its one of the worst things people can ever partake in.
Digression over.... carry on please

Matchday at Goodison Park ...
The craic with mates in the pub before the game, the hi's & low's during it and the post mortem in the boozer afterwards ...
That can't be replicated anywhere else.
**** I miss that ...

Massively miss watching the sport there (Match Of The Day & the Snooker mainly) and I equally miss the typically fantastic range on the high-street and online. It really isn't quite up there here.
