If Julia was born in England, do you think she would have been made Prime Minister or would that have been a little too much for the Aussies to handle?

Would they have a Welsh, Irish or Scottish person over a Pommy male or female any day??

It is the union factions that put her in this position, and if you listen to these "faceless people" you will recognise many of the accents. Many moved out here to new jobs in their industry/profession when M Thatcher was in power

She is Welsh anyway. Like a freakish love child of Neil Kinnock.

Note that Kinnock was Welsh and ginger and Labour could not get in power.

The ones that put her in power were annoyed that Rudd froze MPs salaries.

Just heard on TV that she finished school and went on to study industrial law. Looks like it paid off.

She has a very broad Aussie accent, my daughter thinks she sounds like Kath and Kim.

Apparantly, when she spoke to some young kids in USA they asked her what language she was speaking as they couldn't understand her.

I don't think she has a very broad or bogan australian accent. You can't be as clever as her and speak like a bogan. I think her voice just has a different intonation.

She has a terrible Aussie accent...incredibly condecending and patronising makes me wanna do violent things when i hear her voice
