- Do you diet/preen or spend time worrying about your appearance?

- Do you question your life and the choices you have made and who in essence you are?
- Do you feel the need for adventure and change?
- Do you feel boredom with people and things that may have been of interest before?
- Do you feel any confusion about who you are or where you are going?
- Do you feel unable to make decisions about what is next?
- Do you wonder if you were ever happy with your spouse?
- Do you feel desire for a new and passionate initimate relationship?
- Do you feel like taking some risks or participating in something that is "naughty"
- Have you started a new hobby or sport that you would not have previously tried
