I lurve curries!
I asked my hubby what he would like me to cook him for a special fathers day treat and he said curry. Now I haven't cooked him one of my lovely curries in ages and I have just tried it and OMG its so nice, anyone want to try it.

Re: I lurve curries!
Its not goat don't worry. It is turkey breast as I prefer that to chicken, well actually i'm just a tight arse as its cheaper and of course very low in fat.
I don't use any jars of anything its all fresh. I put in some garam masala ground corriander, paprika, tikka spice and a few other things, marinade for so many hours with lemon juice, fry onions and garlic then add marinaded meat fry a little longer and add whatever veg you like I put in fresh toms and peepers with mushrooms and lots of whole chillies, add veg stock and simmer. Add salt and pepper and I sometimes add yogurt towards the end and lots of fresh corriander.
yummy yummy
