Mate, I worry about you I do. Put it this way, I've marked your card.

Listen, use it's relative hideousness (all correctable) as a bargaining tool to haggle the price down.

Not the worst I have seen by a mile.

With all that brick and the shape I think it could have been designed around a WW2 gun emplacement

if you are coming to Perth and you don't like exposed brick then you could be in for a shock. Many older homes have loads of it and you'll even find some new homes with some too. :scared:

So no, I wouldn't say this is the worst I've seen. In fact, once you've looked past the decor and the bizarre exterior, you begin to realise that it's pretty damn good.

It just needs a bit of warmth to make it more liveable - which could be mostly achieved by a lick of paint here and there.
Edited to add: Good morning Vash

Yes Walsall has some bad areas BUT so do most places don't they. Believe it or not Walsall actually has some good parts too:

Anyway, going back to the original house - it could look fab with the right decor I'm sure

Clipps ....don't encourage him or before you know it Walsall's own Aussie will be round in his foppish suit with a handful of wall hangings and a truck full of mdf, to help you redecorate!

(I can hear the screams from here)!

another thing i have noticed is that the australians seem to like to use corrugated plastic to roof their outside eating areas!!

Looks a bit like a conference centre, but redecorate it and it would be quite nice, and unusual. How many people have a round house. Are they white boards on the bedroom walls?
