I Got Burned Today.
Whats this country all about
4th Nov and I get sunburned at the local pool today. Its brilliant and even though I'm in a wee bit of pain, I love this place.

I spent the whole day on a cricket pitch covered in undercoat (factor 30+) ... still caught the sun though ...
I was walking to work from Southbank last week and followed this woman with the reddest shoulders you've ever seen ... sure enough, she was a Pom on her hols
Just wait until Christmas, it's proper stinking then

UV is up at 15 here which is classed as extreme...I swimming around the pool today with a sarong tied round my head cos I could feel my scalp burning, looked a right tit lol

i know,but i went to the pub on friday,,and there were some people in there all with tans,,,i thought to myself,how well they looked..
