Some of the most intelligent people I have ever met have been alcoholics or drug addicts so I'm not surprised. Its almost like they have all this "stuff" going on in their heads that they dont know what to do with, a higher realm of imagination maybe - so they dull it and make it tolerable with substances. Well they do say genius is only one degree away from insanity!

I think thats my problem!

It is True! I'd be sitting here worrying about work tasks and my parents moving house and my kids starting school etc etc if I didn't shut my brain up with a few beers.

After that I can just sit and watch Australia's Funniest home videos and not care about anything.
