I dont think anyone should be in Afghanistan (other than Afghanis).
On the other hand, we shouldn't be taking them as refugees either. Arm the buggers and tell them to fight for their own country.

Because when debating the Royals, I have yet to see you post a substantiated quote. You have quoted 'sources' but nothing official, hence my statement about preferring fact.
My post regarding looking at the person, was referring to the individual rather than the title. Many of the Royals do very good work, raising money and profiles for charities, creating jobs etc. But the Anti-Royalists only appear to see the 'drain' on the British public, how much they cost etc.
I am not making this into a Royal v. anti-Royal as it will be like a game of ping-pong.

I might be wrong but I don't believe the RAF have apache aircraft; but the AAC do. If this is the case then he would not be leap frogging any RAF pilots.

You are quite right, but it's not relevant at all to the point. Just replace "RAF officers" with "AAC pilots" and we're back on track.

I'm a 'Royalist'.....I find people who are anti things that Royals do appear to be rather jealous.....you don't have to be Royal to have had a good life....

I think that is why they are having problems at the moment.....someone armed and trained them to fight the Soviets - and now it has came around to bite them on the ass.....
