NE way what do Airborne sound like? Are they similar to Wolfmother?

Not really, apart from being bloody loud. 
Wolfmother are more Black Sabbath/Zeppelin and 'fantasy' lyrics whereas Airborne are straight ahead rock, more like AC/DC.
The 'Running Wild' album is a good 'un, one of the few I can listen to from start to finish and not hit 'skip' ... great driving music.

Can't say I'm that much into death/black metal thats my hubby's area ( I like the music, I just can't stand that fkin growling shit)! Seems like the Brissy lot are quite into it tho - check out the Brismetal myspace page too - they feature a different band each month...
I think the Qld weather is gonna play hell with my makeup
