I think it should have been "how to wind a user of the English language up".
I believe the intention was "Do not use your indicators when using a roundabout"

Ooh I'll be right then I am a strict indicator user. Even indicate to turn into my drive when there's no-one about 
I once had a mini and the indicators didn't work on it, well they did but the light used to stay on. So I used to have to flick the lever up and down and indicator speed so that they would flash on and off

I have grave doubts about Aussie driving I have to close my eyes in taxis to prevent a heart attack!
