Alcohol.... every weekend and sometimes a glass or two after work once or twice a week.

Too often, every night. We have tried to cut mid week drinking out but by the time the girls are in bed we feel like we need a drink!

Im not as bad in the week as I was..... but like you Im going to cut it out completely in the new year and just keep it for weekends.:eek:
