House Sold!!
Despite all the recent bad press about the housing market, our sale completed yesterday
No last minute price drops or anything like that. So there is hope for all you frustrated house sellers, they are still going through
Went straight to work and handed our notices in. Finish work on Friday 13th
June and fly on Monday 16th. Arrive in Melbourne after a holiday in the US on 7th July. Can't believe it's finally our turn. Just got to get through a month at the mother in laws first

we have changed estate agents so hopefully will get viewers and not be told that as they have taken on another house in a nearby road, when they phone people to view that they will tell em about ours.

It's a great feeling, so relieved. Thought we might be sad leaving the house after 10 years but it took so long to sell, we hated it in the end
