Same here,our buyer still wants our house,they re just trying to get rid of there house now,things happen for a reason (thats what i keep telling myself)

We have all of this to look forward to, we're going to wait till we have our visa before putting the house on the market, hopefully it will have stabilised a little bit by then :unsure: but like you say everything happens for a reason

We waited for our visa until we put ours on the market - just in case we did not get the visa!! now we really regret this as we could be waiting ages to sell and we now just want to move!!! Can't afford to rent it out though and take the hit on tax if we sell it a long time after migrating... it is a difficult one!!!:curse:

It's tough to know what to do for the best - who knows if their house will sell or not??

We figured if we sell it and we don't get the visa we will just rent and buy another house when the prices have dropped further...
