What with all of us migrating and just the chaves staying behind, it's not helping...Ah those chaves!

It seems everyday I get contradictory news from UK...One minute the country is getting out of the recession, the next we are still in deep murky gloomy undertones of economy equivalent of total nosediving!

For Gawd Sake's, sort it out

I know. It's bleddy confusing

But the housing market is heating up again - at least in the London area.

Yep and in Surrey too! We're starting to get: 'Mrs. Desperate is looking for a house in your road...' type junk mail from EAs again. Haven't had any for about 18 months up to now.

But that's good cause we'll be looking to sell next year.
