Thats it now its going on the market. Agent has been round to take some pictures and the board will be up on Monday. The agent said he will try and get it on the web site by tmrw. I feel a bit sad, i love my house as i've just got it how i want it after 10years of living here. Even if we were not going to Oz we would be selling as we wanted to take the next step up the property ladder anyway but i shall still be sad to see it go.
Wish us luck please as i want to book my flights and go so the sooner it sells the better. Ours went on the market at the end of April.....so far we have had * 9 viewings ( 3 which were second viewings ) * 3 offers from the second viewers * 1 offer which is £ 2000 more than the asking * and all the above have not sold their homes yet !!!! Stressful or what  |

I remember when my Nana sold her house about 18years ago a couple gave her asking price but didn't sell thiers for 9months she was well peed off with them but she said she was so much in love with the place and my Nana is a softie she took it of the market and waited. OMG i hope that doesn't happen to us or anyone else for that matter. Again good luck to all. |
Re: House on the market.
A little update........tomorrow people are coming over to
have a look. Will they be the ones? The house is spic and span and some X-mas arrangements have been placed on the tables :p:p How's everyone else doing? Still waiting or have there been some lucky people who have sold already. Cheers, Miranda |

Hope it goes well, we could not sell ours and had to give up. Back in Britain now and hate the place!
Well as for us, today we got a phone call from our agent and he said the people are not coming anymore :( |
