House on the market.
 

Thats it now its going on the market. Agent has been round to take some pictures and the board will be up on Monday.The agent said he will try and get it on the web site by tmrw. I feel a bit sad, i love my house as i've just got it how i want it after 10years of living here. Even if we were not going to Oz we would be selling as we wanted to take the next step up the property ladder anyway but i shall still be sad to see it go.

Wish us luck please as i want to book my flights and go so the sooner it sells the better.

Maybe me sending good luck to you will bring me some :D, my house went on the market 2wks ago and so far - nothing :ohmy:.

It felt like a really big step when it went up but that has slowly deflated, hope you have better luck than me!!!

Hi just put our house on market today aswell we also have just got it the way we want it love it now after 9 yrs. Think selling the house is the worst part cant stand the thought of people coming round and picking holes in my house after all the hard work getting it ready. Had one silly cow round last night saying the house up for sale down the street is better decorated ahhhhh

We do not have a visa, thought house would take 5-6 months to sell in this slow market, but went up for sale last Friday, offer on Monday house sold.... OMG :eek:

I may have to be out within 8 weeks, leaving me living at the in-laws... and still no acknowledgment ...AARRGGGHHHH

I'd rather that than have the visa and no house sale. Ours went on the market in December. First sale fell through. A couple of viewing s since May and we leave the beginning of Sep. Really starting to s**t ourselves now:(.

Ahhhh the fascination of showing viewers around has DEFFO vanished.If we dont sell soon we may have to validate.Not too fussed about that as i'd like to see Melbourne before i actually move there but its gonna cost thousands....

House went on the market today - board should be up early next week - will have been here 10 years in sept (and have only just got the house finished)

The only difference for us is that we STILL HAVE NO VISA!!! :blink:
(can you tell i am getting fed up with waiting?! :o)
