Hello everyone,
I am currently living in NZ but moving back to the UK in May this year. On our way home we are stopping in Melbourne for 5 days and wondered if anybody could recommend family friendly accomodation that doesn't break the bank (our children are two and a half and eighteen months). We don't really want to hire a car whilst we're there either so I'm hoping public transport links are pretty good.
I've yet to start reading on places to visit in Melbourne but have only ever heard good things about it!!
Thanks for your help.

Ooh! Can't help on the accomodation but let us know how you find Melbourne.
We're off there later this year
