Anyone have any idea whether westpac telephone banking is 24/7
Apparently my call is important to them
Apparently all their operators are busy at the moment
And have been for 18 minutes....
Are they just closed and got me on a loop

OK so now it tells me the call centre is 24 hrs... But some of the call centres are closed...
