Who needs cake when you have beer . It won't let me send you and birthday karma until I spread it around more.Maggie will be 4 on Friday but isn't at Kinder then so we have to take a cake today.

You'll be fine, honest, you'll wonder what you worried about.
Once we forgot to take one of our patient's needles out and she went home with them in!! She was so sweet, she brought them back incase we needed them for someone else
Is it for backache or something
