Default has anyones family followed you out?

After living here for years my brother finally came to visit, of course he loved it and now we are looking at sponsoring him on a 176 visa.
Has anyone else done this or had their family come out?

My english wife's brother in law announced he was emigrating with wife and kids soon after returning from his first visit to Australia to see his sister 7 years ago. My wife's parents now have no children or grandchildren back in England... sometimes I think they must hate me

A little bit similar.

My twin Sister moved here in 1986, my eldest Sister her visited in 1995 and moved here in 1996.

And after numerous visits we finally moved here in 2005 and that only leaves my 82 year old Dad left in the UK now.

the parents have just started the process of following me out... big sister would love to, but can't see how that would happen... being over 45 and unskilled...

Unless I could find a very nice Australian Citizen who'd marry her..

now there's a thought...

perhaps I could advertise on Gumtree?

My parents were talking at one point (well, my mother was talking, my dad was going 'yes dear'!) about retiring to Oz so I may have slightly exaggerated the terms of a visa. Like it takes 15 years to process and you need half a million dollars just to start with. They have no t'internet, they'll never know

Serious question - is she single and do you have any other siblings?

If yes and no, once your parents are in Australia, she might qualify as a last remaining relative - see here
