We bought our son some comics when he was born. They're still in their original plastic sleeves, where they will happily stay until he's an adult. He's also got some little Batman figures that we bought when he was little.

If they are the originals in their boxes they could be worth something, some of the rare ones fetch a mint! they go for way way more if still in original packs too. I know someone that buys and sells them on ebay for ridiculous amounts of money!

My mate has still got Worzell Gummage and Aunt Sally - still in thier boxes! Quite large dolls too so they are going to be worth a fair bit.

I've still got a box full of vinyl (albums and singles), probably not worth much as they are run of the mill stuff. But, I had original's of Sgt Peppers and Please Please Me which I lent to my sister many years ago, and never got back. She now doesn't have them...I think they would be worth some money now.
