if its any consolation it was sunny here in sheffield on sunday, but hailed/snowed ferociously on monday/tuesday.......if your family are owt like me, they stay inside when the white stuff makes an appearance and grumbles about being so feckn cold!!!

My hubby watched my daughter this morning so I could go shopping....alone I might add, normally my mum would be on hand to have a good ole chat and a cuppa with but today I was alone. It's kinda good to know the weather is crap back in Sheffield, cos other than my 18th which was bad enough on it's own as it fell on Easter Sunday, without the fact it was snowing a bloody blizzard! I usually have a nice spring day.

Its gonna be my 40th this year and I had intended to have a big party with family and friends, which is what most of my mates did last year. This year will be me and hubby and a restaurant full of strangers....oh well i did move to the other side of the world, dont expect to get a surprise party with everyone jumping out shouting ' SURPRISE'
