No air con here, just ne small fan. Got back, unit has an internal temp of 48 degrees at 11pm
and the fan has packed uo. To add insult to injury there's no cider in the fridge AND I had a row with the taxidriver who overcharged me due to me living in a lane which he had to reverse out of - I told him at the airport, don't take the job unless you can reverse down a narrow lane. I shall send tomorrows shift writing a complaint to YellowIdiotCars
GET ME OUTTA HERE before I either melt or change my username to Rabblerowser2

Lie very still and try not to breathe too much
Its not usually that bad just the pace had been shut up all week. Opened the doors and it gradually dropped a few degrees.
And a bit of creative visualisation. Taught myself years ago (at school in hot classrooms) to do stuff like imagining cold icy water round my feet, feet in a waterfall pool, in a mountain glade, all cool and green and leafy......imagne every single sensation you would feel in that situation and your mind can eventually control your body to make it think its cooling down.
37 in here today, slept through most of it, off to hide at work now where its as cold as a fridge
