The Japs drive on the left also. So my guess is China (maybe Shanghai).

I read an article about those a couple of years ago, as WW said they're the creation of a Swedish engineer. A modified 1800cc Goldwing complete with folding recovery trailer, pretty nifty
It would work in most countries except Australia where using a motorcycle to avoid rush hour queues & accident foul ups i.e lane filtering (or lane splitting) is considered illegal.

I've often wondered why motorbikes don't 'filter' through traffic, and will often sit in a lane over here.

Answers that one!

NOT that I ever did, being a motorcycle courier in London for 10 years! ...
