100% GROTBAGS. And her croc sidekick was t - bag.. i think. Type pink windmill and grotbags in google and you should find something.

Did try Google. Couldn't connect the two (Puffinstuff + grotbags). Buggered if I know.

Not sure think we've all lost the plot...

Not sure if we've had this here's the clue...

Man goes in to wardrobe comes out with bowler hat on or his friend has a is it fess or fezz (tommy cooper wore one)...

Correct...

OK new clue then... was one of those Sunday evening programmes all warm and fuzzy with 2 brothers a new bloke came to work at the firm and his wife tagged along as well. One brother was a bit of a ladies man the other was very old fashioned in his ways and the new bloke often looked bemused.
