Sorry but I gotta vent so close your ears peeps.
When do aussies work as a team ? when do they get off and stop traeting me like a second class citizen? when are they gonna learn that actually I DO know what I am doing and I have more knowledge than them !!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR
Also when do they debrief after an incident? especially as they arent trained in C and R and I am I am fed up with carring them all and then not being able to sleep cos my patient has homocidal fantasies but claims Im his only protective factor and only I have stopped him from killing his 13 yr old granddaughter !!!!! OH SHIT it so sucks to be me ! Noone to take the pressure or tell me I made the right decision crap crap crap !
Ok vent over and have sorted it everyone is safe but methinks I need a team or maybe a locked ward xx

My understanding is that If you did actually blow you could do some serious damage... Unsure as to the research and evidence that supports either, I refuse to do either on the grounds of unsafe practice.

I've heard that but as I've never disliked someone (or myself come to that) enough to give it a go, I have no idea if it's urban myth or fact.
