Gross happiness index seems to be all time high on this forum...
Hi,
Offlate, I am seeing lots of threads with subject lines as "I got PR" or "I got CO today". This has not been the case in past since I know BE. This is very positive sign and will help us all to be in high spirits and sail through the waiting period easily. Also, after 'seeing' people getting visas more frequently, I'm seriously considering of getting the meds done upfront in April.
This seems to be "yes we can" moment

My timelines are in my signature but outlining here for your reference:-
First visit to AUS on work visa:- July 2006
Started serious thinking:- Nov 2007
Wrote IELTS:- July 2008 (8.0)
ACS Application:- AUG 2008
Assessment Result:- Oct 2008 (MODL-->CSL)
Applied online for 175 independent from HR country:- 17-Dec-2008
Current status:- Not in a hurry since expecting promotion in current job and planning to migrate sometimes in the quarter of Oct-Dec 2009 subject to getting visa. But thinking about getting meds done in April just in case I get a CO in May.
