Should've still been ecstatic about me visa, but was blarting like a baby, got through 2 hankies

Only ever seen one episode which was the last of the series about a month ago. There was a woman lying on a blokes hospital bed and he had just died, and a woman was having it away on an office desk. Is this the same programme? Snow Patrol were playing in the final minutes.
