I never posted any information regarding my application in this forum but i always read the posts in this forum. so i felt this is my responsibility to share my time lines and information with all of you.
I GOT THE GRANT LETTER Today.

I am from HR country (India)
Time lines:
visa type : 175 - MODL
Acs letter : july 2008 (MODL)
application lodge date: Aug 2008
CO allocated: march 2009 ( requested PCC and medicals)
medicals sent: april 2009

I think visa CAP is not over and they are issuing visa grants.

Is this possible, a MODL/non-CSL/non-SS got a visa grant???
This is possibly great news for those on MODL

Thx all.
This is not a rumor. and i am a Software engineer (Oracle).
When i was reading my grant letter i saw one condition which is kind of strange.
'The holder of the visa must not marry before entering Australia.'
and i am about to get engaged , so do i need to postpone my marriage plans?
if any one came up with this kind of condition let me know.

Just few quick questions.
Was you Online / Paper based?
What date you documents were marked as Met?
Were you asked to fill in Online character assessement form?
Were you asked for Form 80?
