So of course there are no good programmes made in England, all the great ones are made in Australia-Neighbours - CRAP, Home and Away -CRAP, Prisoner Cell Block H - CRAP,
Do you not know Fawlty Towers, Monty Python, Only Fools and Horses, Dr Who

What landmarks of tv are made in your country ??

Weir's Way, Take The High Road, Balamory, River City......

OK, there's Taggart and Rebus too which are great.

However, it seems we breed better actors (Euan McGregor, David Tennant, Sean Connery, Ken Stott, Billy Connely, Dougray Scott, Robert Carlyle, Robbie Coltrane....etc etc)

A few. How about Fawlty Towers, Monty Python, Only Fools and Horses and Dr Who.

I guess you mistook my sarcasm for something else.

I think Gordon Ramsay is a fanbloodytastic chef and his passion for food and being the best you can be is something to be admired, his swearing just doesn't seem to bother me.
I watched the episode with the french guy on last night and he was so far up his own arse it was unreal, I don't think he realised who he was dealing with LOL. The kitchen was disgusting and a big time health and safety risk, no wonder Gordon went apeshit at him.
Go Gordon

His wife looks a mean bit of work, I bet he isn't a durty b****er. I bet he does what he is told at home.

And he seems like a good Dad too. He just acts like a top chef when he is doing his job, he has to make his staff fear him, so they produce their best.

I'd bet he'd be a great, controversial bloke to have a pint with. He treats his staff like shit, but you'll notice he treats his friends well.

(Oh there was a post on this thread where a lady poster said she would rather shag her brother than Ramsey, and then another lady said, she agreed, hmmm, have you met her brother by any chance )
