I was left incredulous watching the A Current Affair team last night using their own programme as a vehicle for retaliating to Gordon Ramsay's tirade of abuse against Tracey Grimshaw. A little thicker skin is required if you ask me? Talk about taking it badly? Channel Nine news in Sydney last night actually reported on this little spat as their lead item. Like it was the most important bit of news that occurred that day :confused:. I seriously began to consider that it must be more important than I'd originally thought - they were reporting it as if it was some major diplomatic incident - the way they gave it such a priority. Eventually I realised that it was just a bit of typical C9 cross-promotion. Thankfully ABC news an hour later didn't mention it once. |

l would'nt be suprised i they both met a couple of weeks ago and planned or staged the whole thing, before this happened few people even knew Gordon Ramsay was in Melbourne and opening a restraunt there , now just about everyone knows, Also A Current Affairs ratings have shot through the roof, both sides have gained millions in free publicity.

If he gets on the wrong side of the Australian public, and we must remember that Tracy Grimshaw is very popular here, he may not attract as many customers as he hopes, unless he is going for British customers. |

People will go just so they can abuse him. Then they'll discover he's not there but back in the UK or in the States, eat the food and realise he can cook and so can his staff and have a good meal.:D
