Good luck to your and yours hon. Apart from the sad loss of your dad, it must be a great weight off your shoulders to reach this decision. Enjoy the training.

We were just thinking about you, and did a search and we're very sad to find this post.
Both for your loss, and cos we won't get to meet you again in Melbourne.
Hope you and your Mum are doing ok.
Good luck with the new career!!
If you ever come for a holiday, give us a shout!!

Hey K.
Am sad to hear about your dad
The death of a loved one certainly puts things in perspective.
You've been a great friend to me on here and I always remember the much needed laugh we had on our "round the world" chap door run night (Clippy led us astray I tell ya!) , or a certain enlightening night abandoning a friends dinner party after getting your text to meet up with you urgently on msn
Take care of yourself missy & trust in your instincts

Hey you.
I'm so sorry to read that your Dad has passed away Kapri. All anyone can say to you about this is that age old adage, time is a great healer.
It would seem that it was meant to be that you and yours remain in Dorset which is no bad place to be. Quite beautiful in fact . You and your Mum are there for each other now and you have a wonderful new job.
All the very best to you and all your family for the bright and shiny lives your Dad would want for you all.
If I get back to Bournemouth in the next couple of years, I'll bung you a PM via here and maybe pop on down to Weymouth for that cuppa.

I have lived and breathed this site for several years now so it's with some sorrow that I say goodbye.
My Dad sadly died a few weeks ago and it has made me re-evaluate my life.
I now have completely lost interest in emigrating as I want to be around for my Mum. I guess I now realise just how important family is.
As one door closes another door opens. I have hated the job I've been in for the past few years but have just been offered a fantastic new opportunity to train as a cognitive behaviour therapist.
It's my dream job and getting it has been the bright spot in an awful summer.
To those that have made the move and are loving it - Fantastic! Please keep posting your experiences on here to motivate those still to come.
To those that have made the move and are unhappy. I wish you well in making decisions that will bring you happiness.
To those still waiting to go - the very best of luck to you.
To all that post here - I'm gonna miss you xxx

Best of luck with your new job and stuff. You've been a great member and were a great mod. We will miss you around here. I hope you will pop back from time to time and let us know how you are getting on.
