Re: going back to uk forum
Its "Im so bitter with myself forum, " Aus has nothing to do with it.
its the ability to adapt and be strong about things and not become clouded with the culture shock.

I give this thread a 98% chance of not making it to three pages.

2. Not everyone who frequents that forum is returning to the UK because they are 'bitter'. Some people have been working abroad, or have been living in their partners' country for a while, or have decided that it's time for a change.

But yes, it certainly does seem to be dominated by those going back from over here...

Chels has made some good points, and you will even find that there are a lot of posters in the UK forum who are returning home even though they are quite happy with their lives in Australia.
If you are asking out of genuine interest, then you need to take on board the real reasons why people post in there, rather than assuming that everyone psoting is bitter and twisted.
If however you are posting to provoke trouble, then this will indeed be a short thread.

1. Not everyone who frequents that forum is currently living in Australia. Shock horror, some people live in other countries besides Australia and are thinking or planning to return to the UK.
2. Not everyone who frequents that forum is returning to the UK because they are 'bitter'. Some people have been working abroad, or have been living in their partners' country for a while, or have decided that it's time for a change.
3. Maybe your thread should be called the 'I'm such an arse' thread?

Nah, it's going to get to about 20 pages. The next 6 will be totally off topic, then someone will start on the OP, then some popcorn will appear, then the slanging matches will start and THEN it will be closed
Oh bugger it, I'll get the popcorn now
