We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 Children) we have been granted our 136 visa’s . Based on this, our migration plans are to fly out 30th November 2010.

Does anyone know of a furnished rental accommodation which is available from say 1/12/10 for approx 2 weeks, ideally with a pool.

The preferred location would be Canning Vale but would consider similar alternative suburbs.

Any information / recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

We too are looking for short term furnished accommodation South of Perth (ideally- Armadale / Byford / Rockingham) needs to be cat friendly though.

Would suggest you could try Stayz and realestate.com.au (then select holiday rentals) there seem to be plenty rentals available.

We're just finding that anything suitable (i.e pet friendly and with commute of Perth CBD) is either already taken, very expensive or we enquire and never hear back. But staying positive so any recomendations gratefully accepted.

You just need to keep trying and phone rather than e-mail. Be careful with your selections in Armadale. Not an overly nice suburb although some bits are ok.
