Funny ad

This is a funny advert - It looks like France or Belgium but I`ll tell you now that it was filmed in South Australia!

I'll tell you for sure, this is a Romanian ad. Antena 1 is a tv station and the number plate is Romanian.

I know 'cause I am a Romanian.

And don't they drive on the left down there? Don't they have the wheels on the right?
