Foxtel Is In A Bit Of A Mess!!

OH mentioned last night that since we signed up to Foxtel in December, we havent received a bill from them.
I decided to phone them, but basically got a rather rude message saying they were to busy to answer the phone and call back another time!!
WTF??
So i decided to investigate online. It appears they are in one huge mess at the moment. See these links:

Sooooo.. it appears Foxtel will have no idea we are using their service

we- being cheapskates- have the basic package, but every couple of days get unlimited access to all the channels. Movie Extra is great if you don't pay for it!

We have the sport package, but i shall now go take a look and see if i can get the movies.
Feels great to get something for nothing. Happens very rarely. Especially in Australia

Tell me about it, my Mum was phoned by Foxtel to say her current package was no longer available so she would have to either lose a channel or upgrade. She was a bit p***d off and said she wanted to think about it. When she had decided what she wanted she tried to phone them and advise them. She has tried 20 times since and each time she hangs on in the queue until after about 20mins the line goes dead. This week it just said to call back next week lol. They have now taken away UKTV which she is NOT happy about.
In the meantime she had previously ordered IQ, installation was due week before last. They didn't turn up, next day they phoned to say they were having massive problems with the new box and it would have to be postponed indefinately!! She tried to tell them about UKTV being removed but they said they couldn't deal with that, she would have to speak to someone else, they would put her through.....she waited and waited until the line went dead.

I have a friend in work who was ringing up to upgrade to the movie package, and he got a message saying they were having system problems and to ring back later... If it was urgent press '2', so he pressed '2' and was put on hold for a few minutes and then told by the robot woman that they were having massive system problems and to call back in a week!

Well we're not having half the luck, they are still debiting $81 a month from our bank and we lose most of the listings every night.
