have just delivered 3 new boxes to wrong addresses 2 were returned one was stolen and they still won't listen sigh!!

I Know the feeling but not Foxtel - not sure how some companies can call their helplines 'Customer Service'

would love to go see them in person and point out that we have been living here a year and that our old addresses have new people living there and that the Melbourne address was 2 years ago and 2 houses ago!!

Not that I'm calling them stupid you understand

If you did, you'd probably have to give them the definition and spell it out for them
